Terms and Conditions

Peak Finish Detailing provides mobile RV and trailer exterior detailing services throughout Salt Lake County, Utah County, Weber County, and surrounding areas. Services include but are not limited to exterior hand washing, oxidation removal, roof cleaning, and wax and protection.

All estimates provided by phone, text, or email are based on the information you provide. Final pricing may be adjusted on-site if the RV size, condition, oxidation severity, or accessibility differs materially from what was described. We will always confirm any change in pricing before beginning additional work.

Appointments are scheduled by phone or text. Please confirm your service address, RV location, and access instructions when booking. Arrival windows may vary based on job length and travel time.

We ask for at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or reschedules. Same-day cancellations may be subject to a trip charge to cover travel time.

Because we work outdoors, weather may occasionally require us to reschedule your appointment. If conditions are unsafe or would affect the quality of work, we will contact you to move the appointment to the next available slot at no additional cost.

Payment is due upon completion of service unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We accept common electronic payment methods. A receipt will be provided upon request.

Customers are responsible for providing access to the RV and, where possible, a water spigot and electrical outlet. Personal items should be removed from the exterior before service. Please notify us in advance of any known damage, loose trim, decals, or sensitive areas.

Peak Finish Detailing takes every precaution to protect your RV. However, we are not responsible for pre-existing damage, loose or failing decals, oxidation that cannot be fully removed, or damage caused by defects in the RV finish. Any concerns must be reported before we leave the job site.

By providing your mobile number and opting in to receive text messages from Peak Finish Detailing, you agree to receive SMS messages related to your interactions with us. Messages may include responses to service inquiries, quote and scheduling conversations, appointment and job-related updates, customer support, and other communications related to services you have requested.

If you have provided the applicable consent, messages may also include limited follow-up communications such as post-service messages or maintenance reminders.
